Why not you are still young.
Many are having first kids in mid 30's-

because i have to find someone first have a stable relationship and then worry about if the fact that i have poly cystic ovaries will stop me

I had a couple of dates with a woman who had that, you probably know this but there is a link between that and blood sugar levels, some women have in trials been treated with metformin a drug given to type 2 diabetics in the early stages and this has shown to help?
There appears to be a cycle between weight gain (affecting blood sugar levels) and the male hormones PCOS causes wich cause weight gain that does not help.
I'm sure you have read all the stuff but it can happen.
As for the stable relationship well there is time for that, if you found the one in a years time, moved in together in another year got married a year after that and had kids a year after that you would still not be 30!

i saw a crap consultant, my old gp wanted me to get on the diabetic drug but the consultant he was a complete waste of time and didn't want to know me i have given up there is no point it is clear i won't get the help!

...and not many but most...study says that 20 yrs ago mothes used to give birth at 23-25 and now the average age is 28-30.its never too late to ave 'em
